2. Enrolled Agent Representation Disclosure Victoria Duchovny is an IRS-certified Enrolled Agent (EA) authorized to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. 
Enrolled Agent services are limited to federal tax matters and are governed by IRS regulations, including Circular 230. 
Representation before the IRS requires a signed Power of Attorney (Form 2848) and is subject to IRS rules, procedures, and discretion.
3. No Legal Advice Victoria’s Agency does not provide legal advice unless expressly stated in writing and agreed upon in advance.

Clients are encouraged to consult a licensed attorney for legal advice when necessary.
4. Notary Services Disclaimer Notary services are offered: ● By appointment only ● Primarily as a convenience for existing clients ● In accordance with applicable state notary laws  Notarization: ● Confirms identity and signature only ● Does not verify document accuracy, legality, or content ● Does not constitute legal advice We reserve the right to refuse notarization when legal requirements are not met.
5. No Guarantee of Outcomes Eligibility for tax relief programs, settlements, filings, certifications, or approvals depends on: ● IRS rules and regulations  ● State and federal agency discretion  ● Client-provided information  ● Individual facts and circumstances  No outcomes, approvals, reductions, or processing times are guaranteed.
6. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to: ● Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information ● Timely submit required documents and data ● Maintain compliance with filing and payment obligations ● Notify us of changes that may affect services Victoria’s Agency is not responsible for delays, penalties, or adverse outcomes caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by the client.
7. Sensitive Data & Security Our services may require collection of sensitive information, including: ● Social Security Numbers (SSN) ● ITINs, EINs ● Government-issued IDs ● Tax returns and IRS correspondence  We use secure systems and third-party providers for sensitive data collection and storage. Clients agree not to submit sensitive data through unsecured channels unless instructed.

Payments, Fees & Refunds ● Fees are disclosed prior to service commencement ● Payment may be required in advance for certain services ● Fees are based on professional time, preparation, and administrative work Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on service stage and work completed. Government filing fees are non-refundable. 
9. Third-Party Services Our Website and services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., payment processors, secure portals). We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, or outages. 
10.
