Eligibility
At least 51% owned, controlled, and operated by one or more women who are U.S. citizens. Actively managed by the woman owner(s) with authority over long-term decisions and daily operations. Small by SBA standards, based on industry-specific size limits.
We help eligible business owners complete and submit all documentation required to obtain official Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) certifications. These certifications open the door to government contracts, supplier diversity programs, and federal set-aside funding reserved specifically for women-owned entities.

Certification Options:
1. Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB)
● A federal certification administered by the SBA that qualifies your business for set-aside contracts from U.S. government agencies.
● Must be at least 51% owned and controlled by one or more women
● Must meet SBA small business size standards
● Primary woman owner must manage day-to-day operations and hold the highest officer position

2. Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB)
● An enhanced version of WOSB certification for women who meet certain personal net worth and income thresholds.
● Provides access to additional contract opportunities
● Requires detailed financial disclosure and supporting documentation

3. State and Corporate Certifications
We also assist with state-level Women Business Enterprise (WBE) certifications and private supplier diversity programs, recognized by corporations and municipalities nationwide.
